What ticket should I buy?

Tickets are sold per person and provide full access to the 5-day event experience. Partial-event tickets are not available.

  • Campsite accommodation (tent site) from Wednesday, October 21 (arrival) through Sunday, October 25 (departure). All sites will accommodate 2 Vans and have electricity available with 30-amp power adapter.
  • Four days of hands-on training clinics.
  • Four days of guided trail runs.
  • Five dinners with drinks included.
  • Full access to all entertainment and event activities.


Everything listed above is included in the ticket price.
 

  • Check-in begins on Wednesday, October 21 at 12:00 PM. 
  • Check-out is at 11:00 AM on Sunday, October 25. 

Refund Eligibility 
Tickets for Ocotillo on the rocks 2026 are refundable up to 60 days prior to the event, through August 21st, 2026. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method. TicketSpice service fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable. Refunds are processed according to TicketSpice’s standard timelines. 

The following items are non-refundable at all times, regardless of purchase date: 

  • TicketSpice (The Ocotillo On the Rocks’s  ticketing platform) service fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable. 
  • Refunds are processed through our ticketing platform, TicketSpice, and must be requested before the deadline. 
  • After August 21st, 2026, all purchases are final and non-refundable. No exceptions will be made. 
  • After this date, you have the option to transfer your tickets to another attendee. See more below. 


How to Request a Refund in TicketSpice
 
If your purchase is eligible for a refund, TicketSpice allows you to request it directly through your ticket order. 

  1. Locate your TicketSpice order confirmation email 
  2. This email was sent to the address you used at checkout and includes a link to manage your order. 
  3. Click “Manage Order” 
  4. The link in your confirmation email will take you to your TicketSpice order page. 
  5. Select “Request a Refund” 
  6. If your order is eligible and within the refund window, you will see a refund option available. 
  7. Confirm your refund request 
  8. Once submitted, TicketSpice will process the refund back to your original payment method. 


Ticket Transfers (Only available after refund deadline)
 
If you are unable to attend after the refund deadline: 

  • You may transfer your ticket to another attendee using TicketSpice’s ticket 
  • management tools 
  • Transfers must be completed prior to event check-in 
  • Transferred tickets retain the original ticket type and inclusions 


Please follow the below steps to complete a transfer.
 

  • In the confirmation email you received after purchase, click the link to “Set Up Account Now”. Once you have set up your account, click “Registration” at the top of the page. 
  • Click on your order and locate the ticket/registrant to be transferred 
  • Click “Edit” to change the name, email and any other relevant information on the ticket 
  • Save the updated information 
  • The new ticket holder will be prompted to purchase the ticket in the system before releasing it from you. 
  • We recommend resending the confirmation email with the updated information. 
  • Once information has been finalized and saved, the new registrant will receive the updated confirmation email and new ticket. 
  • Tickets may be scanned in with the new name at the time of checking in. 
  • If you need any assistance with changing your registration, please contact CUSTOMER SERVICE. 

 
Weather & Force Majeure 
The Ocotillo On the Rocks is an outdoor event and will take place rain or shine. 

  • No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions 
  • In the event of postponement, modification, or cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to extreme weather, fire restrictions, government orders, or force majeure), refunds or credits will be handled according to TicketSpice capabilities and at the discretion of the event organizers 

 
No-Show Policy 
Failure to attend the event for any reason, including illness, travel issues, or scheduling conflicts, does not qualify for a refund. 


Policy Acknowledgment
 
By completing a purchase through TicketSpice, you acknowledge and agree to this refund and cancellation policy at checkout.

A Poker Run is a fun, self-paced trail experience where participants follow a designated route and stop at multiple checkpoints along the way. At each stop, you’ll draw a playing card.

Yes. The venue offers additional accommodation options, including cabins and hotel-style rooms available for rent. Please note that these accommodations are not included in the ticket price and must be booked separately directly with the venue.

Agile Offroad provides all hosted dinners and evening bar service as part of the event experience.

During the day, this is a self-contained event, so please plan to bring your own food and plenty of beverages to stay fueled and hydrated. Desert conditions this time of year are typically very warm, so we strongly recommend bringing extra water and essentials for daytime activities.

Yes, vegetarian dinner options are available.
